Ann is a barrister and leading mediator and workplace investigator with over 25 years’ experience in dispute resolution. Ann’s strength as a mediator is in understanding the issues and the underlying conflict while keeping the parties at the centre of the process. She has been instructed to carry out workplace investigations, culture reviews and inquiries along with numerous mediations of complex issues and facilitations of difficult conversations.
Ann is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, NZ Bar Association and the NZ Law Society.
Ann is a Council member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand. She is also a Fellow (Mediation) of AMINZ and won the Ann Edge Memorial Prize for Excellence in Fellowship in 2021.
